Legal Services for Immigrants (Newburgh Office) provides services and programs to help immigrants reunite legally with their families, among other immigration-related issues.

Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, NACARA, Naturalization/Citizenship, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions.

Help completing forms, Filings with USCIS, Representation before the Immigration Court, Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Administrative advocacy (CIS/ICE/CBP), Legal Orientation Programs (LOP) / Know Your Rights Presentations (KYR), Referrals to other services.
Detained individuals, Individuals with physical/mental disabilities, Juveniles, Torture survivors.
